Why This Camp Exists

At Roses Giving Back, we believe youth from single-parent households deserve more than support — they deserve opportunity. This camp equips students with life skills, leadership confidence, and spiritual grounding so they can bloom into who they were created to be.

  • Music Leadership Intensive

    Lyric • Melody • Production
    3-Day Camp | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    (Extended Studio Day Option Available)

    This intensive walks students through the full creative process — from writing honest lyrics to developing melodies and experiencing real-time production.

    Students don’t just learn about music.
    They learn how to:

    • Find their voice
    • Collaborate with others
    • Take an idea from concept to completion
    • Lead creatively with confidence

    By Day 3, students experience the discipline and excitement of bringing their work to life in a professional-style studio environment.

  • Emotional Leadership Intensive

    3-Day Camp | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    Strong leaders control their emotions — they are not controlled by them.

    This intensive equips students with practical tools to navigate:

    • Anger
    • Anxiety
    • Peer pressure
    • Conflict
    • Identity struggles

    Through guided discussions, scenario training, and mentorship, students develop emotional intelligence, resilience, and personal discipline.

    This is not therapy.
    This is leadership formation.

    Students leave with increased confidence, communication skills, and a stronger sense of identity.

  • Financial Confidence Intensive

    3-Day Camp | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

    Money is more than currency — it is responsibility.

    This intensive teaches students practical financial skills most schools overlook:

    • Budgeting basics
    • Needs vs. wants
    • Saving & long-term thinking
    • Entrepreneurship fundamentals
    • Stewardship & generosity

    Students engage in real-life simulations and challenges that build confidence and financial awareness early in life.

    Financial literacy builds dignity, independence, and future stability.

Leadership Workshops

Students learn to lead themselves before leading others. Through team challenges and real-life scenario training, they build confidence, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills that last beyond camp.

Financial Literacy Training

We equip students with practical money skills most schools never teach — budgeting, saving, goal-setting, and understanding wealth through stewardship. They leave empowered to make wise financial choices early in life.

Music + Creative Workshops

Creativity builds confidence. Through songwriting, music, storytelling, and hands-on creative expression, students discover their voice and learn how to turn imagination into purpose-driven action.

Faith & Character Development

Character is the foundation of leadership. Through guided reflection, biblical principles, and honest conversation, students grow in integrity, resilience, humility, and courage.
